🏠 Strengthening Affordable Housing & Wellness for Seniors, Low-Income & Marginalized Residents

Housing affordability remains a serious challenge. Too many seniors, low-income families and vulnerable residents struggle with rent, groceries and basic needs. Isolation and limited access to resources can further affect their well-being and quality of life.

What I’ve Done:
✅ Partnered with community organizations to support affordable housing initiatives, including Hagerman Corners Community Housing and St. Mark Coptic Orthodox Cathedral.
✅ Worked with service organizations to connect residents in need with essential programs, resources and support.

What Needs Continuous Work:
➡️ Continue advocating for increased government funding and policies that accelerate affordable housing.
➡️ Work with community organizations to expand culturally inclusive programs and access to services.
➡️ Support seniors, low-income and marginalized residents in living with greater dignity, independence and connection.

Affordable housing and community wellness require continuous action. I will keep working with all levels of government and community partners to build a stronger, more inclusive community.
