Neighbourhood Assistance In Winter

Our Volunteer was helping a senior resident to clear the snow in front of her house.

We would like to extend special recognition to Mr. Sammy Chung for his kindness and dedication to helping a senior living alone in our community. On a snowy evening, Mr. Chung voluntarily cleared snow to ensure safe access to the resident’s home. His thoughtful actions allowed PSWs to attend their scheduled visit and enabled the senior to safely attend a medical appointment despite the challenging conditions. Mr. Chung’s compassion and willingness to help reflect the true spirit of community, and we are grateful for his outstanding care and generosity.
