Excited to see the incredible progress at Markham Central Square on Hwy 7.

It’s been a pleasure to support this project alongside our City team, helping move things forward, and it’s great to see it taking shape in such a prime location in the heart of Markham, just east of Hwy 404.
Developed by GTA Development Corp., this project spans approximately 10 acres and will feature five buildings with a mix of commercial, industrial, and office spaces, designed to support a wide range of businesses and long-term economic growth in our community.

From retail units with direct Hwy 7 exposure to industrial spaces with high ceilings and bright, modern office units, the development is built to meet the needs of today’s businesses.

I recently visited the site and saw the strong momentum firsthand—Phase 1 is targeting occupancy as early as Fall 2026 🍂
